India's first relay runner, Olympic gold medallist Milkha Singh (the flying sikh), is joined on stage by Commonwealth Games dignitaries as he presents the Melbourne 2006 Queen's Baton to the media 'throng' at the commencement ceremony at Red Fort, Delhi. Singh won a gold medal at the Cardiff 1958 Commonwealth Games in Wales.
